My goal for this month is unconditional happiness. By this, I mean that no matter what condition is presented to me I will be happy. I will test the old theory that we control our own happiness.
If I keep allowing someone to affect my happiness maybe I need a break from this person.
If a negative thought comes to mind I’ll shoo it away like a pesky fly.
If an incident out of my control happens to me I will try my hardest to remain happy and find the silver lining in the situation. If it is difficult to find I will trust that in due time it will be revealed to me.
I encourage you to jump on this journey with me. Who knows, you might just become utterly happy.
I’ll be giving myself 31 days of unconditional happiness. No gossip and no griping. Only gratitude and a good attitude.
If I fall off the wagon, because surely I will, I will not beat myself up. I will dust myself off and keep trying.
